For Self-catering - A deposit of 30% is requested for confirmation of booking
along with receipt
of booking and conditions form completed and signed.
A security bond of £150 for self-catering weekly lets in the Annex
£200 for Self-Catering weekly lets in the Country House/Villa,
when both properties are let together the security bond is £350,
this should be added to the balance payment, this will be refunded 2 days after departure.

Both properties can be let out for longer periods all year round for house hunting lets, business, other, please enquire for availability, rates negotiable.
