The main Country House/Villa, which was completed in October 2004, has 3 large spacious bedrooms, the whole house can be let out for Self-Catering and the adjacent 1 Bedroom Annex is a self contained two storey property which also can be let out for self-catering.

For larger families the Villa and Annex can be let out together making 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 to 11 people plus cot available.

The property has a 9M x 4M swimming pool, is set in extensive grounds including gardens and woodland, and has panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the local villages of Cessapalombo and Comporotondo, and the not too distant Sibillini Mountains.
