The house and adjacent annex which now occupy the land have been reconstructed utilising, where possible, materials from the original derelict farm buildings.

The main house, which was completed in October 2004, has three bedrooms and can
accommodate 6-8 guest.

The adjacent one bedroom annex is reserved for the owners use when the house is let, but is also available to let during off peak periods. During guests stay the owner will be on site to welcome and hand over keys, keep the pool maintained, be at hand for any info on eating out etc. this was found to be most useful in 2007 for the guests. (I keep a low profile).
The property has a 9M x 4M swimming pool, is set in extensive grounds including gardens and woodland, and has panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the local villages of Cessapalombo and Comporotondo, and the not too distant Sibillini Mountains.
