PROPERTY BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings and payment:
A booking is made when the booking form is returned with the deposit
of 30%, except when a booking is less than 9 weeks before departure,
in which case the full payment should be made with the booking form.
When we receive the booking form and deposit a receipt will be sent
to confirm the booking. When we receive the full amount another receipt
will be sent together with a house guide and directions on how to
get to the property.
Security bond: A security deposit of £200 should
be added to your final balance, this will be returned 2 weeks after
your stay when the house has been checked for damage and breakages.
If the house has not been left in a reasonable state and requires
extra cleaning, this will be deducted from the deposit.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you take out full holiday insurance to
cover medical problems, loss, injury or damage to yourself or your
belongings, travel delays and cancellation insurance. We accept no
liability whatsoever for these events.
Arrival
& Departure:
The property is available from 3pm, if we do not have a prior booking
it may be available earlier in the day, we would let you know. Upon
departure the property has to be vacated by 10am.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following penalties will
apply according to the date that the cancellation letter is received.
More than 8 weeks before departure - the deposit.
Less than 8 weeks, but more than 4 weeks - 70% of the rental price,
Less than 4 weeks - 100% of the rental price.
Equipment
and Services:
The property is let fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen has
gas and electric facilities, refrigerator, hot and cold running water,
adequate cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses and other household
equipment to a good standard for holiday use and suitable for the
maximum number the house is stated to sleep. The bathrooms have showers
with hot and cold running water.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels and cot linen is provided by
the owner.
(not beach towels, please provide your own). at the end of your stay
if you could leave bed linen in the bedrooms & towels in the bathroom
(please do not put wet or damp towels in the linen basket).
We ask
you to refrain from smoking in the house and if you smoke outside
please dispose of your cigarette ends in a safe and clean way. Thank
you.
The property
will be clean and in good order when the client takes up occupation
and should be left in the same state, all crockery washed and put
away, any unwanted food etc should be disposed of. The garden furniture
should be stacked and sheltered at the end of the evening and when
not in use in case of unexpected rain and high wind to prevent any
damage.
The windows and door shutters should be made secure at all times with
the holders when left open.
All household rubbish and waste should be taken to the large bins,
(Italy recycle, so if you could separate your cardboard, plastic,
glass and kitchen food waste and put in the appropriate bins at the
designated areas).
