Country House/Villa front view, bottom patio area

The 3 Bedroom Country House/Villa has large bedrooms with high beamed ceilings, these rooms can also be used for Bed and Breakfast Accommodation when the house is not booked for self-Catering.

The Livingroom area is spacious with large window, high beamed ceiling, large stone fireplace, wood burning fire and has a cosy feeling to it.

The Kitchen/Dining Area. A large open plan kitchen/breakfast/dining room for guests, or you can dine outside on the patio.
The luxury fully fitted kitchen has fridge and freezer, dish washer, washing machine, cooker oven and hob with extracter fan, fully equipped cupboards for self catering, center island with cupboard space and plenty of work top space, the dining area has a large 8 seater country table & chairs, rattan settee, and leads onto the portico & patio area through twin french doors. This over looks the wooded area.

Bedroom 1:- King size bed, double wardrobe, large set of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, 2 seater settee, side table & lamp, large window with view overlooking the wood, the room as insect screen, shutters and curtains on the main window, floor standing fan, en-suite shower room with shower, bidet, sink and wc. towels, bed linen provided.

Bedroom 2:- Two single beds, double wardrobe, large set of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, round occasional table & two chairs, large window with view of picturesque Cessapalombo, with insect screen, shutters and curtains, floor standing fan, towels, bed linen provided.

There is also a second separate shower room on the landing with shower, bidet, sink and wc., for bedrooms 2 & 3 (shared).

Bedroom 3:- Kinsize bed, double wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps,rattan arm chair, patio doors leading out onto pool area & patio with view of picturesque Cessapalombo, shutters and curtains on doors, floor standing fan, towels, bed linen provided.

Coffee/Tea making facilities can be made available for Bed & Breakfast guests.

1 BEDROOM ANNEX SELF-CATERING OR BED & BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATION

The annex is a two storey detached property with space for parking, a large patio area for 'alfresco' dining, the annex has one large room down stairs with nice size living room with wood burning fire, a leather suite one three seater settee which will convert into a double bed for additional guests, a two seater settee, side tables, book case.

The kitchenette/dining area contains, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, fully equipped cupboards, a dining table with four chairs.

The upstairs is accessible via a spiral staircase, one bedroom with kingsize bed, double wardrobe, large set of drawers bedside tables with lamps, the window has a insect screen fitted, shutters and curtains, the shower room is off the bedroom containing, shower, toilet, bidet, sink, cabinet with mirror and shaving point.

Please note: The pool is not open until April weather permitting.
The garden furniture and the BBQ equipment is available all year round if required.

Cot with all linen, high chair and child safety gate are available.

All bed linen, towels & beach/pool towels, tea towels are supplied.

The Pool Area has a fence with lockable gates for safety reasons, the pool is approx 9 X 4 mtrs. the filter system keeps it clean from insects and the all weather cover can be pulled over when not in use. There is garden furniture for bathing and sitting out, BBQ and equipment, everything you will need for a quiet, relaxing get away break to recharge the batteries and live the good life.

The wood has many different varieties of trees, some fruit ie. fig some nut ie. hazel, walnut. The wood has been cleared and thinned out this year as it was very dense with brambles, ivy with dead fallen trees and rubbish everywhere, the vegetation can now breath and we have seen many different species of birds, fox, porcupine, and wild boar. Their is a family of four buzzards which fly over the wood on a daily basis, gliding in the air thermals, their distinctive sound is haunting.
