A deposit
of 30% is requested for confirmation of booking along with receipt
of booking and conditions form completed and signed.
A security bond of £250 for the house and £150 for the annex should be added to the balance payment,
this will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure. (see conditions)

Please note these prices are for accommodation only. Flights and Car
Hire information can be obtained via low cost air lines, Ryan Air
